1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of ZLS Contractors ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ZLS Contractors provides professional remodeling and renovation services including:

• Exterior and interior transformations
• Cabinet refinishing
• Drywall services
• Stucco repair and restoration
• Custom carpentry
• Commercial property renovations

3. Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are:

• Based on information provided by the customer
• Subject to change upon physical inspection of the property
• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Not binding until a formal contract is signed by both parties

4. Project Scope and Changes

The scope of work will be clearly outlined in a written agreement. Any changes or additions to the original scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to adjust timelines and costs if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Progress payments may be scheduled for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept various payment methods including financing options

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Any cancellation requests must be made in writing.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our quality craftsmanship:

• Workmanship warranty details will be provided in your contract
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly
• Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and project
• Ensure access to the work area during scheduled times
• Secure valuables and remove obstacles from work areas
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals (unless specified otherwise)
• Communicate any concerns promptly

9. Limitation of Liability

ZLS Contractors is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as outlined in the service agreement. We are not responsible for damage to property not directly involved in the project or for pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in the service agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal actions must be brought in the appropriate courts of Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
